We even deliver with whimsical characters costumed characters, and perform short funny routines B.A. LOONEY Designs, Inc. offers more than just a simple balloon drop off. If you request it, we can make a big deal out of the delivery. We offer our own unique routines, and ways to make the moment last a little longer. Give us your ideas, or ask us to custom design a package for you - ask for a quote. (but if you prefer we can still do plain ole deliveries too!) |

Our LOONEY Policy Stuff: Deliveries are contingent on permission to delivery on requested premises. Denied access is still charged as a delivery. If the recipient if not at location. Delivery will be left at location if deemed safe, otherwise we will bring it back to our location and call recipient for pick up. whenever possible a re-delivery will be made, but it is not guaranteed. Credit cards phone orders are accepted. There is a $25 minimum and a minimum delivery fee of $8.00. A 24 hour advanced notice may be is required. (Although we will strive to accommodate your needs sooner.) Our window for delivery is a 25 mile radius from Batavia , but we will quote delivery for other areas if our schedule permits. Note: Deliveries for Décor and bulk balloons are quote differently and may include set-up charges and are priced differently based on volume and time differential.
