B.A. LOONEY Designs, Inc. strives to bring laughter, humor, smiles and good feelings to everyone who receives our balloon-art. We are in pursuit of excellence in the balloon decorating, balloon delivery, and balloon animal twisting entertainment work.

Any budget can create a fantastic decorating or gift solution. It is our job to work within the framework of your budget and make the best recommendation to you.  We promise to always stay within your budget and at the same time give you a solution that will delight you.

We have creative talented people to meet your design needs. We have Certified Balloon Artist, CBA , on staff and we are members of the Qualatex network and other balloon professional networks. We are able to design any major balloon decoration concept that you request.

B.A. LOONEY Designs, Inc. is known for its unique & creative balloon creations. While we often bring the party or decor to you, we also have a studio store located at 117 S. Batavia Ave. in Batavia , IL 60510 .

We welcome your special requests and will gladly create something for your specific needs or customize any of our designs to your desires. That's what we do best.

We operate as a studio store. Generally, our doors " POP " open at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday thru Friday and deflate at 6pm or 10:00am - 5:00 p.m. Saturdays. Sundays & Monday are by appointment, but we can definitely provide services on these days.
